Thanatos gives a solemn nod. Court is no easy matter, and it's why there can be very long waits to have one's case heard. And then the judge spends so little time with each case because there is such a backlog.

He probably doesn't want to scare him any more than he already has. Yes, that's it.

And honestly, he can't help but agree. Even if it's a strange reason- if not an unconsciously false one- Katsuya himself, certainly, doesn't really look forward to more horror stories.

This is just too much nonsense in the court room, and also, he doesn't want to think about how he'd end up in one anyway.
