/glares at the typo in my tag that ruined the joke

"The murder weapon was a sabotaged step-ladder. However, victim's pet raven would only say the word 'ladder.' It became highly contested if the raven meant the same step-ladder or another ladder."

Lawyers have surprisingly strong opinions on ladders vs. step-ladders.
